Roberts Elementary (Pre-K-6), New Providence Middle School (7-8) and New Providence High School. All school busses pick up and drop off directly on the property. We require a non-refundable $50 application fee along with 1 months security deposit. Our income requirement is 3 X's monthly rent and we require a credit check. Lease term is 1 year.
